We visit your home and discuss the areas you want to renovate, your priorities, design preferences, existing problems, desired changes and approximate project scope.

STEP 2 — Design & Material Selection

We begin developing the design and help coordinate major selections such as cabinetry, countertops, flooring, tile, fixtures, hardware and finishes.

STEP 3 — Project Scope & Written Proposal

Before construction begins, you receive a written estimate outlining the agreed project scope.

For larger renovations, establishing the scope before demolition is especially important because multiple rooms and trades need to be coordinated.

STEP 4 — Site Protection & Demolition

We protect appropriate surrounding areas and begin demolition according to the project plan.

STEP 5 — Structural & Rough Preparation

Depending on the renovation, this stage can include framing preparation and coordination of required plumbing, electrical and other trade work.

STEP 6 — Construction & Installation
