Kitchen & Master Bathroom Remodel in Goodyear, AZ
This Goodyear remodeling project focused on giving the home a lighter, cleaner look while adding more useful storage and better-defined spaces. Project Overview
The project included updates to the kitchen and primary bathroom, with an emphasis on custom cabinetry, countertop surfaces, storage and finish work.
In the kitchen, the cabinetry extends high on the walls to take advantage of the ceiling height, while the range area creates a strong center point with a stainless steel hood and slab backsplash.
The oversized island adds a large work surface and becomes one of the main features of the room.

Homeowner's Goals
The goal was to create spaces that felt brighter and more current without making the home feel overly formal.
Storage was also important. The new cabinetry provides a mix of drawers, base cabinets and tall storage while keeping the overall design visually clean.
The light material palette helps the rooms feel open, while warmer flooring and subtle veining keep the white finishes from feeling too stark.
Kitchen Design
The kitchen was designed around white shaker-style cabinetry, light countertops and a neutral floor.
One of the details that makes this kitchen different is the variation in cabinet height around the cooking area. The raised cabinet above the stainless steel hood adds definition without adding another color or decorative material.
The cabinetry is paired with slim metal pulls for a straightforward finish that works well with the stainless steel appliances.

Instead of breaking up the kitchen with a separate backsplash material, the quartz continues behind the cabinetry and cooking area.
This creates fewer visual breaks and works particularly well with the white cabinets.
Around the range hood, the slab surface runs vertically behind the cooking area, making that section easy to distinguish from the surrounding cabinetry.
