About us
Paul & Mirela Magda - Founders
Step by Step Remodeling & Design is a licensed general contractor and full-service remodeling company in Phoenix, Arizona, specializing in complete residential and commercial remodeling projects.
We believe remodeling should be more than hiring different companies for every stage of your project. Our goal is to make the entire process easier by bringing planning, design, material selections, construction, installation and finishing details together under one team.
From complete kitchen and bathroom remodels to full-home renovations and commercial spaces, we coordinate the project from the initial consultation through the final walkthrough. Depending on the scope, our projects can include demolition, framing and structural modifications, drywall, electrical and plumbing coordination, flooring, tile, cabinetry, countertops, painting, finish work and installation.
Our Story
Founded by Paul and Mirela Magda, Step by Step Remodeling & Design combines an engineering background, interior design knowledge and hands-on construction experience to approach remodeling from both a technical and creative perspective.
What started with a passion for design and custom cabinetry has grown into a company focused on complete remodeling projects from concept to completion.
Instead of focusing only on how a space looks, we consider how it will be built, how it will function every day and how all of the individual elements will work together. When needed, we can help clients visualize their project through 3D design, select materials and finishes, plan cabinetry and layouts, and then carry that vision through construction and installation.
Our clients don't have to figure out every step on their own. We take care of the remodeling process step by step, coordinating the different stages of the project so there is one clear plan from beginning to end.
This is why SBS Remodeling and Design is a place where passion meets excellence.
More Than a Remodel
Whether we're remodeling a kitchen, transforming a bathroom, renovating multiple areas of a home or updating a commercial property, we approach each project with the same priorities: quality workmanship, careful planning, clear communication and attention to detail.
Every property and every client is different. That's why we don't believe in a one-size-fits-all remodeling process. We listen to what you need, understand how you want the space to function and build a project around your priorities, style and budget.
Our Mission
At Step by Step Remodeling & Design we believe that every space has the potential to be extraordinary, and we're here to unlock that potential. Our passion for design, dedication to quality, and commitment to customer satisfaction drive us to push boundaries and exceed expectations.
Our mission is simple: to provide Phoenix-area homeowners and businesses with a more organized, complete remodeling experience.
From the first ideas and material selections to construction and the finishing touches, Step by Step Remodeling & Design is here to take care of the entire project and bring all the pieces together.
One project. One team. Step by step from concept to completion.
