Warranty
WARRANTY
We provide a lifetime warranty against material defects in materials and workmanship covering of our custom-designed and installed products for as long as you own the home where our systems are installed, and as long as those systems remain where our installation team placed them. We provide a limited one-year warranty from the date of delivery against material defects in materials.
While our products themselves are guaranteed, we do not cover, without limitation, components manufactured by third parties (like light bulbs) or, normal wear and tear (like fading over time, light or smoke exposure), for damage arising from use in any manner other than as recommended by us, or alterations made by anyone other than us.
During the design process, your design consultant will explain all of the warranty coverage details specific to your location and answer any questions. You will receive a printed copy of the warranty for your files after your installation is complete.
